How we work
First, STAGE will come to the residence in question and assess the needs. Whether it be a complete staging or moderate staging we will give our direct opinion on what best suits the situation. Once a decision is made on the direction to follow Stage charges a Staging Fee for installation and then monthly rental on any furnishing we place in the residence.
Vacant Residences
As a general rule for vacant homes the initial home staging fee costs between $2.00 and $3.00 a square foot, depending on the size, style and location of the residence. This fee includes design, delivery, installation and de-staging. We have an 800 square foot minimum on all properties.
The monthly rental fee which includes all furnishings, linens, accessories and original art work runs approximately $100 - 250 per room, per month.
When the residence is vacant it feels like a "space" when it's staged it feels like home.
Occupied Residences
Depending on the size and needs of the residence, staging fees start at $1500. This fee includes de-cluttering, reassigning furnishings, and accessories, paint and curb appeal consultation and installation of any needed inventory from our warehouse. (Rental fees may apply)
Written Consultation
For those of you who like to do-it-yourself, STAGE can offer a written assessment of the needs of the home. A written consultation starts at $450. Written assessments include everything from curb appeal to the backyard and everything in-between. A written assessment generally runs several pages long with very precise direction.
